With Followit Track you keep track of animals and people
You can take advantage of mobile positioning to follow, study and locate living creatures. Followit Track™ is a service that makes it possible.
The service is available in a number of versions: one tracks reindeer herds, one tracks hunting dogs at work, one tracks missing cats, one tracks people who have wandered off or need emergency assistance, and one analyzes animal behavior, mostly for research purposes.
The animal is provided with a specially designed collar (in a herd of reindeer, only one wears a collar). The collars, which are designed and manufactured by Followit, provide exactly the functionality needed for the purpose at hand. For reindeer it’s pure GPS positioning. For hunting dogs there’s hunt-related functionality. And for animal research, there are built-in sensors that report various conditions and behavior.
