Followit's goal is to provide fast and professional service to all our customers. Through many years of experience, we have extensive expertise in GPS-based tracking and telemetry. Product service

When you send a collar to Followit for service we will always start with an overall function check (Investigation & Test). This is necessary in order to give you a proper quote of the refurbishment cost. All returned collars must be sent together with the completed service form.
